Our Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $5.99 for standard shipping on all orders within the USA.
- FREE SHIPPING: We are happy to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35! The discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
- Processing Time: We know you're excited! We process and hand all orders over to USPS within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).
- Delivery Time: We ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage™. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped.
- Order Tracking: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number.
- Where We Ship: We currently ship to all 50 states in the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not available at this time.

Our Return Guarantee
- 30-Day Returns: You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
- Conditions for Return (Please Read Carefully): To be eligible for a return, your workbook(s) must be in the exact same condition that you received it. This means it must be brand new, unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been written in or used.
- How to Start a Return: To start a return, please contact us at info@brainadventuresforkids.com.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning their item. The original shipping fee ($5.99) is non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your workbook arrives damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Refunds: We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the return is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method via Stripe.
